Payment Method

  • Credit card (Visa /MasterCard) : secured online payment.
  • Bank transfer: bank charges must be paid by the participant.
  • Purchase order (French participants only).

Cancellation and refund policy

  • Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to registration@pio-conference.com.
  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing.
  • There will be a 75€ processing fee for cancellations before April 30, 2022. After May 1, 2022 no refunds can be given.

Terms and conditions

  • Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. No quotation or invoice will be sent without online registration.  
  • If student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.
  • No invitation letter will be sent without payment of the registration fees.
  • Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A registration confirmation and invoice will be sent after we received the payment.
